Obituary of Barb Wen

WEN - Barbara Jean (Wilkins) passed away peacefully at St Thomas Elgin General Hospital with family around her on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.  Predeceased by her husband William (Bill) of 54 years.  Survived by her children Tracey Hennessey (Jamie), Faye, Gerry (LeeAnn) and Ron (Jessie), her sister Donna, her brothers Ivan, Dean and Vidal.  She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her canine companion Casper.  Special thanks to the St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital for their great care and compassion especially to the ICU team.  In honour of her wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations to The Hospice of Elgin would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to Simplicity Cremation 125-750 Talbot Street, St Thomas, N5P 1E2 (226-210-1086).  Personal online condolences can be made at www.simplicity-cremation.ca
