Obituary of Christopher Edward Harris

HARRIS – Christopher Edward of St Thomas passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at the age of 79.  Beloved husband of Mary Harris (nee. Henry); dearly loved father of Felicity Henderson (Ron) and Aaron Harris (Keri); very proud grandfather of Ainsley Wagner (Dillon Van Den Diepstraten), Taylor Harris (Jess Chanyi) and Kaley Harris. Chris is also survived by his family in England, brothers Richard Harris (Elizabeth) and Neville Harris (Judith); nephews Luke Harris (Sophie) and Jake Harris (Angie) and their children. Remembrances may be made to Hospice of Elgin, VON Community Services Elgin or LHSC Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre.  Arrangements entrusted to Simplicity Cremation, 125-750 Talbot Street, St Thomas (226-210-1086).  A private interment of ashes to be held at a later date.  Personal online condolences can be made at www.simplicity-cremation.ca
