Obituary of Beverley Ann Shields

SHIELDS - Beverley Ann Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 after a very sudden illness.  Lovingly remembered by her daughter, Sue Sellick, her sister Lynda Davidson and grand daughters Michaela and Jessica Sellick.  Bev loved the sport of figure skating, and loved watching her Toronto Blue Jays.  She was a also a very proficient knitter in her earlier years.  Bev loved all kinds of music, from Big Band, to Broadway, to Barbara Streisand.  Thank you so much to all of the staff at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital for their excellent care, compassion, and efforts to maintain Bev's dignity in her final days. You are so very important and appreciated. You are  Angels on earth.  As per Beverley's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family celebration will follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Bev's behalf are appreciated if so desired.
