Obituary of David Vincent Phillips

PHILLIPS – David Vincent “Vinnie”, sadly due to a brief illness, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025 at Victoria Hospital, London at the age of 51. Survived by his beloved girlfriend Tracy Hayes, his mother Debbie Taylor (Jerry) and his dad David Phillips (Ann). Step brother to Peter Phillips, Jackie, Lisa, Gwen, Michelle and Drayson. He was the dear nephew of Lynn & Dale McIntyre, Brad Smith, Brian Smith (Laura) and John Underhill. He will be fondly remembered by his many cousins, friends and extended family.

The family would like to give a heartfelt “thank you” to staff at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, emergency department and ICU unit along with LHSC-Victoria Hospital CCU for their tremendous care and support.

A celebration of life for Vinnie will be held on Saturday, November 29th from 1-5 pm at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, (Elgin Centre Mall), 275 Highview Dr. St. Thomas, ON.
